Saneesa chemicals and Equipments Pvt. Ltd. Was established in 2007 with a vision to have maximum focus on customer satisfaction, use eco-friendly technology and products and develop mainly B2B business with diversified products. We started manufacturing radiator coolants then added industrial lubricants. Since the beginning we are serving reputed engine manufacturing OEMs in the country who appreciate our quality range of products and fine customer service.

    With an insight to diversify into a new industry and keeping with the company’s vision, we ventured in manufacturing and extracting of phyto chemicals. The manufacturing facility being located in the countryside close to agricultural cultivation to help the rural India, a thought of producing natural products from natural herbs was undertaken. Since we are based near the turmeric cultivation belt in state of Maharashtra we set up a plant for turmeric extraction first. Presently we are manufacturing turmeric extract, curcumin-95%, and turmeric oil; several natural extracts have also been planned in near future.

MSME Company with necessary registrations such as UdyogAadhar, GST, MPCB, Profession Tax etc.

Manufacturing Facility:

The facility is based at holy city of Wai, which is around 85 km from Pune. The GMP facility has all the necessary equipment for manufacturing different phyto extracts. The monthly processing capacity is 50 tonnes / month.

Quality System :
 In built quality system right from selection of raw material sources, raw material inspection, process control and finished product inspection. Complete traceability of raw material batch to finished product. A very high emphasis is placed on the quality of the products.

Testing Facility:
Fully equipped laboratory to test the raw material and finished goods parameter.

Technical capability:
With a combined experience of 75 years within the management team and 50 + years our expert team in the phytochemical domain. It is with this experience we taking steps towards extracting of natural chemicals.

Finance:
Financial position is very good to maintain the raw material and finished goods stock for uninterrupted supply. NSIC-CRISIL rating is SE2B.
